“…Just a quick email to thank you all for the quick and professional job that you did for … They are two elderly people who have coped for years with an extremely dangerous son who has been subjecting them to both physical and mental abuse. Thanks to your prompt changing of locks they are now beginning to feel safe in their home, especially as their son had taken and hidden a key in the expectation that he will be released and go back home! Thanks to you they have just had two full nights of sleep. Whilst we can do the criminal job and try to get someone convicted, we cannot do the things that matter like you can, and that makes all the difference…”

“The organisation is excellent as is your Operator I feel so much safer already. Just to say a huge thank you for allowing me this service to feel safer.”
